Each inner has common set of options, here you can set them.
Let's go over these options:
Header Image - Choose image to display as page header if given page supports it, otherwise fallback set in theme options will be used.
Image Opacity - Set image opacity for above image
Image Blur Image - Set blur of above image
Enter Page Title - Enter page title that will be displayed over header image
Enter Page Subtitle - Enter page subtitle that will be displayed over header image.
