How to report a listing?

In order to report a listing user needs to visit listing single page and click on Report It Now! button that will provide him/her with a form that needs to be filled.

At the moment only logged in user can report a listing so if the user is not logged in a prompt to do so will be displayed.

Report reason needs to be provided. A single user cannot report a single listing more than once.
